To be awarded the CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management & CMI Level 5 Certificate, you’ll need to successfully complete three core units, three specialist units and an additional specialist unit of your choice, as well as two CMI units.

You will explore topics ranging from how to retain top employees to managing conflict in the workplace and earn a widely recognised CIPD qualification and CMI management qualification, equipping you with the skills to become a senior HR professional and advance your people practice career.
